I am actively working on establishing a new rewards program to reward all of you amazing loyal customers. The email you received was sent out in error as part of the process of designing email templates for this upcoming program. I apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
Please accept my sincere apologies for the misunderstanding. I can confirm that our new loyalty program is not yet operational. I was planning a surprise announcement, so you’re hearing it here first - Surprise! I will soon be launching the new Eladon loyalty program 😆. Please stay tuned for the official announcement!
