General orders: Once an in stock item has been ordered and the order has been accepted and fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. If you realise there's an error with your order or need to make changes, please contact us immediately. While we may be able to accommodate changes before an order is allocated and dispatched, once this process begins, cancellation may become unavailable

Subscription and Pre-Order Policy

Subscriptions: When you opt for a subscription, you'll receive regular deliveries based on the duration and frequency you choose, typically monthly or bimonthly. Your payment details will be securely stored, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you decide otherwise. You have the flexibility to pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time.

To manage your subscription, please log in to your online account on the Eladon website and navigate to the 'Manage Subscription' section. For assistance, our support team is available during our operational hours. Please note that our hours may vary, but we will respond to you as promptly as possible.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle. You can cancel or modify your subscription before the renewal date. Once an order is accepted and processed, it cannot be cancelled and becomes non-refundable. 

Pre-Orders: When you place a pre-order, you're purchasing an item that is currently out of stock or soon to be available. Payment is collected at checkout, and your order will be fully fulfilled once the item is back in stock. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable unless the item becomes permanently unavailable.
