We have an important update for all of you Joint Formula fans. We know how much this product has meant to so many of you and that's why it's difficult to share this news: we've had to make the tough decision to discontinue our Joint Formula.
So, why is this happening? There are a few reasons and we want to be transparent about them. First, it's important to note that our Joint Formula is not a generic, "white label" product. It’s our own unique formula, which means we carefully source each ingredient to ensure the highest quality. However, this also means that these ingredients often come from different countries, adding complexity to our supply chain.
As a small independent supplement business, we've faced increasing challenges with sourcing these ingredients over the last couple years, especially with changes to minimum order quantities and longer lead times. Maintaining the quality you’ve come to expect from us has become more difficult and despite its popularity, the demand for the product just hasn’t been enough for us to keep it going sustainably.
That said, we’re excited to share a promising solution that could also allow us to expand our product offerings—we’re thrilled to introduce a fantastic new addition to our range: G&G Vitamins!
For those who may not be familiar, G&G Vitamins is a family-run British supplement brand with a long history of excellence. Founded in 1965 by David and Sheila Gaiman in East Grinstead, West Sussex, G&G was one of the first companies in the UK to manufacture multivitamins and minerals.
Their commitment to health and wellbeing aligns closely with our own values. Each of their products is carefully formulated by an in-house Nutritional Therapist, ensuring a balance of safety, quality and therapeutic efficacy. They use only the purest ingredients, avoiding unnecessary additives and deliver their supplements in vegetable capsules for optimal dosage and effectiveness, as do we.
We've had the pleasure of working alongside G&G Vitamins before, we've known them almost since Eladon first began. In fact, Richard, the owner of Eladon, has shared with us that over the years he had numerous discussions and meetings with the G&G owner and their team—discussions that were instrumental in helping us put together Joint Formula nearly 30 years ago! We’re thrilled to include G&G Vitamins in our supplement offering.
Their Joint care products are crafted with the same meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality that our customers have come to expect. We have chosen two highly recommended supplements that we are confident that you’ll find to be an excellent alternative as you continue your journey towards better joint health and over all wellbeing.
