Many of our International customers have been experiencing lengthy delays in receiving their orders, with some orders not being delivered at all and being returned to us.
We have made enquiries into this situation and the information provided indicates that border and customs rules are continuously changing, with each country implementing several different requirements.
For this reason, we would like our International customers to be aware that whilst we continue to do our best in ensuring all customs requirements are met, any delays or returned orders are out of our control.
