The excitement continued for Luke

What an incredible week it’s was for Luke, one of our dedicated Elagen Sport athletes! Luke has been diligently training over the past few months and his hard work has paid off with two remarkable achievements last week.

Firstly, at the Felin 10K, Luke achieved something truly impressive. He smashed his personal best by an incredible 6 minutes, clocking a sub-40-minute road run. His effort placed him 12th out of 325 participants—an outstanding accomplishment reflecting his dedication and training regimen.

Luke attributes part of his success to his commitment to using Elagen Sport and Joint Formula supplements. These supplements have been integral in supporting his training routine, helping him stay focused, recover effectively and perform at his peak during competitions.

The excitement continued for Luke as he teamed up with Darren at the Hybrid X event. Together, they conquered the challenge and finished in an impressive 42 minutes, securing 5th place among 80 male competitors. Luke is not only proud of his individual achievements but also of Team L&A, who have been putting in the effort during their classes, showcasing their commitment to fitness and performance.

   

Reflecting on these achievements, Luke describes the experience as thrilling and deeply satisfying. With another event on the horizon next week, Luke and the team are gearing up for a significant training block in preparation for the UK Deka Fit and Hyrox competitions. The intensity is high but Luke and his teammates are more motivated than ever to continue pushing their limits and striving for excellence.
