I'm not entirely sure what this is, all I know is that I've been taking a cocktail of vitamins from Eladon and it's been helping me

One thing I know is that since I started taking this, I have been much more resistant to winter infections

This is good for herpes viruses and Epstein Barr is one of those. It’s almost the only thing that helps as far as I can see.
