Helen Russell becomes a World Champion!

In May 2019, Helen Russell won the World Middle Distance Quadrathlon Championships in her age category race. This made her World Champion in her age group in both the sprint, which Helen won last season, and middle distance championships (1.5kswim/38k bike/ 7k kayak/10k run). 

Helen told us “For me, this is the perfect start to the season and of course I couldn’t have done it without your support and Elagen Sport. I am now excited for the rest of the season, which for me now means defending my British titles! Thanks again for your support which has helped me win this latest title.”
