I'm not entirely sure what this is, all I know is that I've been taking a cocktail of vitamins from Eladon and it's been helping me

I've been taking Collagen Extra for about 2 months and I've noticed an improvement in feeling less joint discomfort and stiffness. As someone who enjoys long walks, I don't feel as much strain now. My guest had very bad glandular fever, I remembered 20 years ago giving this to my daughter when she had mono, and just like then Elagen really helps, disease started declining within 2-3 days and the post viral fatigue went quickly. This is good for herpes viruses and Epstein Barr is one of those. It’s almost the only thing that helps as far as I can see.

I run a lot of Miles and with London Marathon coming up thought try something different and these are great , I'll be more than happy to carry on with them with all my other various events in future.
