Echinacea is a traditional herb which has been long associated with the symptomatic relief of colds and upper respiratory tract infections. Active components have been identified as cichoric acid, polysaccharides and alkylamides.
Echinacea should be taken at the very first sign of illness or infection. It is not generally recommended that people supplement with Echinacea over long periods as this may undermine the body’s natural immunity.

Dosage: 1 capsule daily with or after meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Take at the onset of illness for a period of up to six weeks. Do not exceed the stated dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
